Sale Under Threat of Condemnation. A sale made in good faith to any authority having the power of eminent domain, either under threat of condemnation or while condemnation proceedings are pending, shall be deemed a taking under the power of eminent domain for all purposes of this Article XIII.
Sale Under Threat of Condemnation. A sale by Landlord to any authority having the power of eminent domain, either under threat of condemnation or while condemnation proceedings are pending, shall be deemed a taking under the power of eminent domain for purposes of this Paragraph 16.
Sale Under Threat of Condemnation. A sale by Lessor to any Condemnor, either under threat of Condemnation or while Condemnation proceedings are pending, shall be deemed a Condemnation for purposes of this Lease. Lessor may, without any obligation to Lessee, agree to sell and/or convey to any Condemnor all or any portion of the Leased Property free from this Lease and the rights of Lessee hereunder without first requiring that any action or proceeding be instituted or pursued to judgment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessor agrees that if Lessee notifies Lessor in writing of Lessee’s intent to contest (in accordance with Article XII) any such Condemnation proceeding, Lessor shall not sell and/or convey to any Condemnor all or any portion of the Leased Property prior to any such contested action or proceeding being finally resolved or abandoned by Lessee.

A sale by Landlord to any Condemnor, either under threat of Condemnation or while Condemnation proceedings are pending, shall be deemed a Condemnation for purposes of this Lease. Subject to Tenant’s consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, Landlord may, without any obligation to Tenant, agree to sell and/or convey to any Condemnor all or any portion of the Premises free from this Lease and the rights of Tenant hereunder without first requiring that any action or proceeding be instituted or pursued to judgment.

A sale by the Landlord to any authority having the power of compulsory acquisition, either under threat of condemnation or while condemnation proceedings are pending, shall be deemed an acquisition under the power of compulsory acquisition for all purposes under Clauses 19 - 22.

A sale by Lessor to any Condemnor, either under threat of Condemnation or while Condemnation proceedings are pending, shall be deemed a Condemnation for purposes of this Lease. Lessor may, without any obligation to Lessee, agree to sell and/or convey to any Condemnor all or any portion of the Leased Property free from this Lease and the rights of Lessee hereunder without first requiring that any action or proceeding be instituted or pursued to judgment.

Landlord will provide Tenant with as much advance notice as is reasonably practicable regarding any actual or contemplated sale under this Section 21.5.
Sale Under Threat of Condemnation. The words "under threat of condemnation" shall be added after the words "and/or convey" in the second sentence of Section 11.05 of the lease form.

A sale by Lessor to any Condemnor, either under threat of Condemnation or while Condemnation proceedings are pending, shall be deemed a Condemnation for purposes of this Lease. Lessor may, without any obligation to Lessee, agree to sell and/or convey to any Condemnor all or any portion of the Leased Property free from this Lease and the rights of Lessee hereunder without first requiring that any action or proceeding be instituted or pursued to judgment; provided, however, that no such agreement to sell and/or convey shall affect Lessee's rights pursuant to Section 15.4 above.
