Rights of Ingress and Egress. Licensee shall have the right of ingress to and egress from its Licensed Area over public walkways and roadways. Licensee shall have the right to use common use roadways, following established speed and safety signage. Licensee's rights of ingress and egress and use of common use roadways shall be subject to all applicable laws and to regulations established by the Airport Director.
