Common use of Rights of Lessor and Lessee Clause in Contracts

Rights of Lessor and Lessee. Lessor and Lessee shall each have the right to represent its respective interest in each proceeding or negotiation with respect to a taking or intended taking and to make full proof of its claims. No agreement, settlement, sale or transfer to or with the condemning authority shall be made without the consent of both parties. Lessor and Lessee each agree to execute and deliver to the other any instrument that may be required by the provisions of this Lease relating to the condemnation.
