Common use of Rights of NRCS Clause in Contracts

Rights of NRCS. The Landowner agrees that NRCS has the following rights related to the Property for the duration of this Contract: A. Management activities. NRCS has the right to enter on to the Property to undertake, on a cost-share basis with the Landowner or other entity, any activities to restore, protect, manage, maintain, enhance, and monitor the wetland and other natural values of the Property.
