Common use of Rights of Optionee Clause in Contracts

Rights of Optionee. The Optionee shall not be, nor shall he have any of the rights or privileges of, a stockholder of the Company in respect of any of the shares issuable upon the exercise of this Option unless and until certificates representing such shares shall have been issued and delivered; except that the Company shall supply the Optionee with all financial information and other reports which the Company furnished its stockholders during the Option period.

Rights of Optionee. The Optionee shall not be, nor shall he have be deemed for any of purpose to be the rights or privileges of, a stockholder of the Company in respect owner of any of the shares issuable upon the exercise of this Shares subject to any Option unless and until certificates representing such shares (i) the Option shall have been issued and delivered; except that exercised pursuant to the terms thereof, (ii) the Company shall supply have issued and delivered the Shares to the Optionee with all financial information and (iii) the Optionee's name shall have been entered as a stockholder of record on the books of the Company. Thereupon, the Optionee shall have full voting, dividend and other reports which the Company furnished its stockholders during the Option periodownership rights with respect to such Shares.

Rights of Optionee. The Optionee shall not be, nor shall he have any of the no rights or privileges of, as a stockholder of the Company in with respect of to any of the shares issuable upon Shares until (a) the Optionee has given written notice of exercise of this the Inducement Option, (b) the Optionee has paid the aggregate Option unless and until certificates representing Price in full for such shares shall have been issued and delivered; except that Shares and, if applicable, satisfied any other conditions imposed by the Company shall supply or Administrator and (c) the date of issuance of a certificate to the Optionee with all financial information and other reports which the Company furnished its stockholders during the Option periodevidencing such Shares.
