Common use of Rights of Optionee Clause in Contracts

Rights of Optionee. Prior to the exercise of these Options, ------------------- except as otherwise provided herein, Optionee shall not be entitled to any rights of a shareholder of the Company, including without limitation the right to vote, to receive dividends or other distributions or to exercise any preemptive rights, and shall not be entitled to receive notice of any proceedings of the Company.

Rights of Optionee. Prior to the exercise of these Options, ------------------- except as otherwise provided herein, The Optionee shall not not, by virtue of anything contained in this Agreement or otherwise, be entitled to any rights right whatsoever, either in law or equity, of a shareholder stockholder of the Company, including without limitation limitation, the right to vote, to receive dividends or other distributions to vote or to exercise any preemptive rights, and shall not be entitled consent or to receive notice of any proceedings as a shareholder in respect of the Companymeetings of shareholders or the election of directors of the Company or any other matter, with respect to any Exercise Shares prior to the acquisition of such Exercise Shares on the exercise of this Option as provided in this Agreement.
