Common use of Rights of Receiver Clause in Contracts

Rights of Receiver. Any Rights conferred by this Deed upon a Receiver may be exercised by the Security Trustee after the security constituted by this Deed has become enforceable, irrespective of whether the Security Trustee shall have taken possession or appointed a Receiver.
