RIGHTS OF STI. STI shall be entitled to the absolute right to the use, operation, possession, and control of the property during the term of this Agreement, providing STI is not in default of any provision of this Agreement. STI shall employ and have absolute control, supervision, and responsibility over any operators or users of the property.
