Rights of Terminated Faculty. 401 In addition to all rights given to faculty members who have been "laid- off" under the Education Code, such faculty members who qualify for the appropriate Faculty Service Area (FSA) shall be given priority for substitute faculty and new part-time assignments and shall be continued in the medical, dental, and vision insurance group for a period of two (2) years upon advance payment of the monthly premium by the faculty member.
