As stated in Exhibit C Paragraph 17, before any Match Fund contribution of funds, personnel and/or equipment, Facility Operator shall require each MFC to enter into a MFC Collaborative Agreement with Facility Contractor in which MFCs agree to comply with the applicable terms, conditions, and obligations of this Agreement pursuant to the Project Task in which the MFC will participate and provide Match Funds.
