Rights of Third Party Manufacturer. A product or Program which, if assembled or copied by Sublicensee or any of its Affiliates, would be a Licensed Product shall also be licensed and subject to the same rights and immunities granted herein if assembled or copied by a third party for or on behalf of Sublicensee or any of Sublicensee’s Affiliates.
