Scope of Activities and Rights. The terms sell, offer for sale and import, and cognate forms thereof, as used throughout this Agreement with reference to Licensed Products and Acquired Items, include without limitation, license, lease, offer for license or lease, distribute, dispose of and any other form or type of conveyance.
