Common use of Rights of Transferee Clause in Contracts

Rights of Transferee. Unless admitted to the Partnership in accordance with Article 16.4, the transferee of a Partnership Interest or a part thereof or any right, title or interest therein shall not be entitled to any of the rights, powers, or privileges of his predecessor in interest, except that he shall be entitled to receive and be credited or debited with his proportionate share of Partnership income, gains, Profits, Losses, deductions, credits or Distributions.

Rights of Transferee. Unless admitted to the Partnership in accordance with Article 16.417.4, the transferee of a Partnership Interest or a part thereof or any right, title or interest therein shall not be entitled to any of the rights, powers, or privileges of his predecessor in interest, except that he shall be entitled to receive and be credited or debited with his proportionate share of Partnership income, gains, Profits, Losses, deductions, credits or Distributions.
