Common use of Rights of Transferees Clause in Contracts

Rights of Transferees. Subject to Section 8, the rights granted to the Holder hereunder of this Warrant shall pass to and inure to the benefit of all subsequent transferees of all or any portion of the Warrant (provided that the Holder and any transferee shall hold such rights in proportion to their respective ownership of the Warrant and Warrant Shares) until extinguished pursuant to the terms hereof.

Rights of Transferees. Subject to Section 89(c), the rights granted to the Holder Warrantholder hereunder of this and under the Warrant shall pass to and inure to the benefit of all subsequent transferees of all or any portion of the Warrant (provided until extinguished pursuant to the terms hereof; PROVIDED that the Holder Warrantholder and any transferee shall hold such rights in proportion to their respective ownership of the Warrant and Warrant Shares) until extinguished pursuant to the terms hereof.
