Common use of Rights Personal Clause in Contracts

Rights Personal. The license and rights granted hereunder are personal to Licensee. No assignee for the benefit of creditors, receiver, trustee in bankruptcy, sheriff or any other officer or court charged with taking over custody of Licensee's assets or business, shall have any right to continue performance of this Agreement or to exploit or in any way use the Trademarks if this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Paragraphs 14.1 and 14.2, except as may be required by law.

Rights Personal. The license and rights granted hereunder are personal to Licensee. No assignee for the benefit of creditors, receiver, trustee in bankruptcy, sheriff or any other officer or court charged with taking over custody of Licensee's assets or business, shall have any right to continue performance of this Agreement or to exploit or in any way use the Trademarks Trademark if this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Paragraphs 14.1 11.1 and 14.211.2, except as may be required by law.
