Common use of Rights personal to the Licensee Clause in Contracts

Rights personal to the Licensee. The rights given by this agreement are personal to the Licensee and are not saleable or transferable in any manner whatsoever and the Licensee must not in any way sublicense, encumber, mortgage or grant rights under this agreement to any other person other than in accordance with the terms of this document and any attempt to do so will be void.
