Rights, Powers and Duties of Managing Member. The rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managing Member shall be governed by the Statute. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Operating Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Managing Member shall have the powers set forth in this Section.
