Common use of Rights Prior to Termination Clause in Contracts

Rights Prior to Termination. During a period of Incapacity, the Executive will be entitled to his full base salary under Section 5.1 hereof and full benefits under Section 5.3 hereof until employment is terminated as described in Section 8.1. The Executive will be entitled to reasonable accommodations from the Company so that the Executive is not prevented from performing his duties by illness or injury.
