Common use of RIGHTS RESERVED TO VENDOR Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS RESERVED TO VENDOR. Reseller acknowledges that the Software and Documentation are the property of Vendor or its licensors and that Reseller has no rights in the foregoing except those expressly granted by this Agreement. Except as expressly set forth herein and in the Web Site Services Agreement to which this is attached, nothing shall be construed as restricting Vendor's right to sell, license, modify, publish or otherwise distribute the Software or Documentation, in whole or in part, to any other person.
