Rights Subsequent to Redemption. If on the Series B Redemption Date, the Series B Redemption Price is paid (or tendered for payment) for any of the Shares to be redeemed on such Series B Redemption Date, then on such date all rights of the holder in the Shares so redeemed and paid or tendered shall cease and such Shares shall no longer be deemed issued and outstanding.
