A The landowner may appeal an adverse decision under this Contract, in accordance with the appeal procedures set forth in 7 CFR Part 11, Subpart A, and Part 614. Pending the resolution of an appeal, no payments will be made under this agreement. Before a landowner seeks judicial review, the landowner must exhaust all appeal rights granted within these regulations. B The landowner may also request equitable relief, as provided under 7 U.S.C. Section 7996 and 7 CFR Part 635, with the requirements of that provision.
