Rights to Data and Copyrights. Contractors and consultants agree to comply with all applicable provisions pertaining to the use of data and copyrights pursuant to 48 CFR Part 27.4, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Rights to Data and Copyrights. Contractor may not publish or reproduce subject data in whole or in part, or in any manner or form, nor may the Contractor authorize others to do so, without the prior written consent of the Federal Government, unless the Federal Government has previously released or approved the release of such data to the public.
