RIGHTS TO ENGINEERING AND DESIGN DATA. 2.1 All plans, designs and engineering and design data supplied by the Buyer to the Builder which are the property of the Buyer shall remain the property of the Buyer and such plans, designs and engineering and design data may be used by the Builder only in such manner as is permitted by this Clause 2.
