RIGHTS TO FUTURE SECURITIES ISSUANCES. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Section 4 and applicable securities Laws, each of the Investors shall have a right (the “Preemptive Right”), but not an obligation, to purchase certain portion of New Securities that the Company may, from time to time after the Closing, propose to issue to any potential purchaser according to this Section 4 and subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 7 hereof.
