Common use of Rights to Notices Clause in Contracts

Rights to Notices. The District shall give to each Mortgagee a copy of all notices pertaining to this Ground Lease, including all notices regarding any alleged default under this Ground Lease, the termination of this Ground Lease or any demand to remedy any claimed default. Such notices shall be given in writing simultaneously with the notices given to the Tenant and no notice by the District to the Tenant shall be deemed to have been duly given under this Ground Lease unless and until a true and complete copy thereof has been so provided to every Mortgagee.
