Rights to Remove Infringing Content. Alpha City Holding Company Corp. reserves the right to remove any content that allegedly infringes upon another person’s intellectual property rights, thereby restricting access to or visibility of such content. This may restrict the Seller’s ability to sell, access, or view such content on any of its applications. You acknowledge that any transaction you conduct involving the purchase and sale of Property is conducted with the knowledge and assumption of the risk that the Property. Alpha City Holding Company Corp. will not, under any circumstance, be held liable to you for removing allegedly infringing content any of its applications or otherwise fulfilling its obligations.
