However, as a third party system, FXDD does not have control over, and is not responsible for, any issues which Customer and/or User may encounter, including, but not limited to, loss of account or user information, trading positions, and/or trading profits, or security.

I am aware and acknowledge that this trip is to a Third World Country and may subject me to a number of risks and dangers. I understand and acknowledge that activities during said trip may involve hazardous or dangerous activities particularly in terms of local travel, and that my participation may subject me to the risk of injury, illness or death. I understand and acknowledge that I may be subject to a number of additional risks and dangers including, without limitation, the risks and dangers involved in the transportation to and in Vietnam, the risk and danger that adequate medical facilities may not be available should I require medical attention, and the risks and dangers of residing in and being subject to the laws of a foreign country. I understand that the conditions which presently exist in Vietnam, specifically, but not limited to, are unsanitary health conditions including the risk of hepatitis, malaria, cholera, polio, and other diseases. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the above risks, and all other risks, known and unknown, seen or foreseen, associated with my participation in this trip and its associated activities.

You acknowledge and agree that the indoor firing range operated by PBR involves the use and discharge by you and others of pistols, rifles, shotguns, machineguns and other weapons, which are potentially dangerous activities. You acknowledge and agree that those activities involve certain risks and exposure to bodily injury or death, which risks and exposure you voluntarily assume by becoming a Member of PBR and using its facilities. In consideration of the use of PBR facilities by you, your family members and guests, you hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses or damages sustained or incurred by you, your family or guests resulting from or arising out of any activity or event occurring on the PBR premises, and release in full and forever discharge the PBR Affiliates, whether acting officially or otherwise, on behalf of yourself, your family members, your guests, your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives, from and against any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, death, property damage, loss, claim, or liability resulting from or arising out of any activity or event occurring on the PBR premises.
Assumption of the Risk. The Volunteer understands that the Activities may include work that may be hazardous to the Volunteer, including, but not limited to, construction, loading and unloading, and transportation to and from the work sites. Volunteer hereby expressly and specifically assumes the risk of injury or harm in the Activities and releases Habitat from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the Activities.

Lessee accepts, assumes and shall be solely responsible for all risks for the construction and installation of the Lessee Improvements other than for risks resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Lessor or Lessor’s employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors.

By registering for the Event, you acknowledge and understand the following: Your attendance at an in-person ConnectWise event includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Your attendance of or participation in an Event or any related activities is completely voluntary. ConnectWise does not guarantee admittance to all or any part of any Event (including any session, breakout, keynote or other activity). Unless specified otherwise by ConnectWise, all event sessions, breakouts, keynotes or other activities, if applicable, are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. ConnectWise reserves the right, including without prior notice, to limit the number of Event attendees and participants, to cancel or terminate any Event registration, to bar any person from attending all or any part of any Event, and to refuse to provide any person with access to Event materials.
