Rights to RESULT. 6.1 For knowledge including property rights and copyrights that already were available at ENPHASE before the beginning of the development, and that are needed for the performance of the development, ENPHASE shall grant Phoenix Contact a non exclusive, irrevocable, cost-free right of use. This right of use shall only be for the design and manufacturing of CONTRACTUAL PRODUCTS for ENPHASE.
