Rights Under Existing Equipment Subleases. Unless a Lease Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing under Section 14 and Lessor shall have given written notice to Lessee, Lessor agrees to make available to Lessee such rights as Lessor may have, and Lessee shall be entitled to exercise all rights of Lessor under, each Sublease.
