Rights under the Contract. (a) Unless the Contract provides otherwise: (1) a party may exercise a right, power or remedy in any way at its discretion; and (2) the rights, powers and remedies provided by the Contract are in addition to any rights, powers and remedies provided at Law. (b) Nothing in the Contract: (1) gives a party authority to bind any other party in any way; or (2) imposes any fiduciary duties on a party in relation to any other party. (c) The Principal is not required to engage the Contractor exclusively to perform the Services.
