Rights Upon Termination of Employment. Upon the termination of the Employee's Employment pursuant to this Section 6, the Employee shall only be entitled to the compensation, benefits and reimbursements described in Sections 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 for the period preceding the effective date of the termination, and any severance that may be provided pursuant to Section 6(d). The payments under this Agreement shall fully discharge all responsibilities of the Company to the Employee.
