You acknowledge that past performance is no guarantee of future results to the Advisory Program Account and that all data provided by us may not be free from error or inaccuracies. All trading done in the Advisory Program Account is subject to market risk and investment performance of any kind can never be guaranteed. We make no representations or warranty under this Agreement with respect to the present or future level of risk or volatility in the Advisory Program Account, or future performance or activities. The services of your RIA and Sub- Advisors hereunder relate only to the assets in the Advisory Program Account and do not contemplate a full review or assumption of responsibility for your financial affairs.
