Common use of Risk of Dissolution of the Platform Clause in Contracts

Risk of Dissolution of the Platform. It is possible that, due to any number of reasons, including development issues with the Platform, the failure of business relationships, lack of public interest, lack of funding, or competing intellectual property claims, the Platform may no longer be viable as a business or otherwise and may dissolve or fail to maintain commercial or legal viability, or be abandoned. There is no assurance that you will receive any benefits through the Tokens.
