Risk of Payments by Post. Whenever payments are to be made or documents are to be sent to any Beneficiary by Trustee or Beneficiary to Trustee, the making of such payment or sending of such document sent through the post shall be at risk of the Parent and ExchangeCo, in the case of payments made or documents sent by Trustee, and at the risk of the Beneficiary, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Beneficiary.
Risk of Payments by Post. Whenever payments are to be made or documents are to be sent to any Holder by the Trust, TCPL or the Exchange Trustee, or by such Holder to the Trust, TCPL or the Exchange Trustee, the making of such payment or sending of such document through the post shall be at the risk of the Trust, TCPL or the Exchange Trustee, as applicable, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Trust, TCPL or the Exchange Trustee, as applicable, and the Holder, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Holder.
Risk of Payments by Post. Whenever payments are to be made or documents are to be sent to any Holder by the Trustee, by RVI Sub or by RVI or by such Holder to the Trustee or to RVI or RVI Sub, the making of such payment or sending of such document sent through the mail shall be at the risk of RVI Sub or RVI, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Trustee or RVI Sub or RVI, and the Holder, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Holder.
Risk of Payments by Post. Whenever payments are to be made or documents are to be sent to the Holder by the Corporation or by the Parent, the making of such payment or sending of such document sent through the post shall be at the risk of the Corporation or the Parent, as applicable.

Whenever payments are to be made or certificates or documents are to be sent to any Non-Affiliated Holder by the Trustee or by the Corporation, the Parent or by such Non-Affiliated Holder to the Trustee or to the Parent or the Corporation, the making of such payment or sending of such certificate or document sent through the post shall be at the risk of the Corporation, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Trustee or the Corporation or the Parent and the Non-Affiliated Holder, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Non-Affiliated Holder.

Whenever payments are to be made or documents are to be sent to the Holders by the Company, Adsero or Adsero Callco, or by the Holders to the Company, Adsero or Adsero Callco, the making of such payment or sending of such document sent through the post shall be at the risk of the Company, Adsero or Adsero Callco, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Company, Adsero or Adsero Callco, and the Holders, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Holders.
Risk of Payments by Post. Whenever payments are to be made or documents are to be sent to any Holder by Amalco or by Pubco or by such Holder to Pubco or Amalco, the making of such payment or sending of such document sent through the mail shall be at the risk of Amalco or Pubco, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Trustee or Amalco or Pubco, and the Holder, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Holder.
Risk of Payments by Post. Whenever payments are to be made or documents are to be sent to any Holder by the Trustee, by PTI Holdco or by OSI or by such Holder to the Trustee or to OSI or PTI Holdco, the making of such payment or sending of such document sent through the mail shall be at the risk of PTI Holdco or OSI, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Trustee or PTI Holdco or OSI, and the Holder, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Holder.
Risk of Payments by Post. Whenever payments are to be made or documents are to be sent to any Holder by the Trustee, by MG or by TMW of Canco or by such Holder to the Trustee or to TMW, Canco or MG, the making of such payment or sending of such document sent through the post shall be at the risk of TMW, Canco or MG in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Trustee or TMW, Canco or MG, and the Holder, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Holder.
Risk of Payments by Post. Whenever payments are to be made or documents are to be sent to any Company Equity Participant or holder of Company Common Stock by the Escrow Agent or by Parent, or by a Company Equity Participant or holder of Company Common Stock to the Escrow Agent or to Parent, the making of such payment or sending of such document sent through the post shall be at the risk of Parent, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Escrow Agent or Parent, and the Company Equity Participant or the holder of Company Common Stock, in the case of payments made or documents sent by the Company Equity Participant or holder of Company Common Stock.
