RISKS ARISING IN COURSE OF COMPANY PARTIES. BUSINESS 6.1. Risk of Conflicts of Interest. Company Parties may be engaged in transactions with related parties, including respective majority shareholder, companies controlled by him or in which he owns an interest, and other affiliates, and may continue to do so in the future. Conflicts of interest may arise between any Company Party's affiliates and respective Company Party, potentially resulting in the conclusion of transactions on terms not determined by market forces.
