Company Parties definition

Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.
Company Parties means Company’s officers, employees, agents and representatives; Company’s affiliates (including parents and subsidiaries), vendors, licensors and partners; and their respective officers, employees, agents and representatives.
Company Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Examples of Company Parties in a sentence

  • The Parent Parties and their respective Representatives shall give the Company Parties the opportunity to reasonably participate in the defense.

  • In no event shall any of the Company Parties or any of their respective Affiliates seek to enforce this Agreement against, make any claims for breach of this Agreement against, or seek to recover damages from, any of the Affiliates or Representatives of the Parent Parties (other than Guarantor to the extent provided in the Guarantee, and in each case subject to the Parent Liability Cap and the other limitations described therein).
