Reimbursement of Expenses Associated with Security Breach In the event of a Security Breach that is attributable to the Provider, the Provider shall reimburse and indemnify the LEA for any and all costs and expenses that the LEA incurs in investigating and remediating the Security Breach, without regard to any limitation of liability provision otherwise agreed to between Provider and LEA, including but not limited to costs and expenses associated with:

Service Activation For new customers - the services are activated immediately after successful processing of payment and our fraud detection software approves the order. The payment verification procedure is obligatory and if we fail to approve a transaction within 48 hours of the payment submission, the funds will be credited back to the payer and the order will be cancelled. Contract Migration Authorized Users holding individual Contracts with a Contractor at the time that Contractor is awarded a Centralized Contract for the same Products or services shall be permitted to migrate to that Centralized Contract effective with its commencement date.
