Common use of RM APPLICATIONS Clause in Contracts

RM APPLICATIONS. 9.1. To provide customers with a single, consistent identity and improved experience when using the Service, RM Unify has been designed to support account creation in, and single sign- on to, other RM Apps. By agreeing to this Agreement You agree to RM creating user accounts for You and Your Users for other RM Apps. 9.2. You acknowledge, understand and agree to Your nominated administrators having authority to determine which RM Apps are available to Users. 9.3. You acknowledge that when accessing any RM Apps, each User will be required to agree to the terms and conditions relating to that App. Prior to accepting the respective terms and conditions, these RM Apps may remain dormant and inaccessible.
