RMA Consultants and Approval. The RMA for any CFD will be: (i) developed by City’s special tax consultant, in consultation with Developer and City’s staff and other consultants; (ii) consistent with Developer’s petition to the extent consistent with this Financing Plan; and (iii) subject to Approval of the Board of Supervisors in the resolution of formation. Project Special Taxes on any Taxable Parcel must not exceed any applicable maximum rate specified in the CFD Goals and this Financing Plan, unless otherwise Approved by the Board of Supervisors and Developer.
