ROAD MARKING. Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the state’s marked location. All road work is marked as follows:  Pre-haul activitities: paint on a tree: stationing and activity painted in orange, culvert installation diameter painted in blue  Construction: Orange ribbon tied eye-height along centerline, w/ orange pin flags marking centerline
