Common use of Roadside Assistance Call Clause in Contracts

Roadside Assistance Call. Outs due to the Hirer’s error or non-mechanical issues such as running out of petrol, flat battery resulting from leaving lights/engine on, keys locked in Vehicle, or becoming bogged, etc, will result in a charge of $165 to the Hirer payable directly to the Road Side Assistance, note this fee is not refundable to the Hirer by Travellers Autobarn.
