ROCK APPLICATION Clause Samples
The "ROCK APPLICATION" clause defines the procedures and requirements for the use or handling of rock materials within a project. Typically, this clause outlines how rock is to be identified, processed, or incorporated into construction activities, such as excavation, grading, or embankment formation. For example, it may specify testing methods to determine if material qualifies as rock, or set standards for its placement and compaction. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of how rock materials are to be managed, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
