Common use of Role Based Access Clause in Contracts

Role Based Access. Each Agency Data User’s access to the System(s) will be role-based and access is limited to that necessary for treatment, payment, and health care operations. The City will assign Agency Data User roles upon provisioning and reserves the right to deny, revoke, limit, or modify Agency Data User’s access acting in its sole discretion.
