Role of Counsel. Seller acknowledges its understanding that this Agreement was prepared at the request of Buyer by Pxxxxxxx Law Group LLP, its counsel, and that such firm did not represent Seller in conjunction with this Agreement or any of the related transactions. Seller, as further evidenced by its signature below, acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to obtain the advice of independent counsel of its choosing prior to its execution of this Agreement and that it has availed itself of this opportunity to the extent it deemed necessary and advisable.
