Common use of Role of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Role of the Parties. The Parties hereby undertake to perform the roles and responsibilities as described below: (a) Party of the First Part shall be the Lead member of the Joint Venture and shall have the power of attorney from all Parties for conducting all business for and on behalf of the Joint Venture during the Bidding Process and until the completion of project; (b) Party of the Second Part shall be {the Member of the Joint Venture; and} {(c) Party of the Third Part shall be the Member of the Joint Venture.}
