Rollover Charges. A rollover is a Carrier initiated move that involves a change of a Point of Termination from an existing service within the same Carrier premises. The nonrecurring charge associated with the installation of that service (i.e., the Rollover Charge) applies when Carrier requests a rollover. The Rollover Charge is governed by Telco’s applicable interstate Access Services tariff.
