ROLLOVER CONTRIBUTIONS AND PLAN-TO-PLAN TRANSFERS. Unless prohibited in the Adoption Agreement, the Plan may permit Rollover Contributions (as described in Plan Section 1.57) and/or Plan-to-Plan Transfers, subject to Plan Administrator's sole discretion and approval and subject to the provisions of this Section.
