Common use of Rollovers and Deferrals Clause in Contracts

Rollovers and Deferrals. If Student signs a contract for University Housing for the next academic year, Housing & Dining will roll over the application charge and any balance from Student’s deposit to the next academic year. If Housing & Dining has assessed any charges against the deposit, Student will be required to remit additional funds to bring the deposit to $250 for the next academic year. If Student signs a contract offered for University Housing but defers their admission to CU Boulder from the fall semester to the spring semester, Housing & Dining will roll over the application charge to the spring semester and the Student will not be required to pay that charge again. If Student defers to the next academic year, CU Boulder will retain the application charge and refund the deposit.
