Room Entry. 1. IUSB reserves the right to enter the Resident’s apartment and bedroom for law enforcement purposes, as well as for custodial services, safety inspections, repair and maintenance, pest control, and emergency situations. In general, in non-emergency situations, twenty-four (24) hour notice will be given prior to entry.
