Roster and Shift Pattern. (a) Workers on this roster are classed as Shift Employees.
(b) Each rostered shift is 12 hours.
(c) The roster pattern is per 1.7
(d) Normal Hours of Work are 7 days per week, Monday to Sunday.
(e) Shift start and finish times are: Morning shift - 6:00am to 6:00pm Night shift - 6:00pm to 6:00am
(f) Shift changeover: Employees are expected to be available following their finish time to ensure an effective handover between employees finishing and the employees commencing work as per clause 6.17
